Anthony has been teaching spin for almost 8 years in Ireland and Canada. He is passionate about cultivating a healthy lifestyle - he is also a qualified personal trainer, nutritionist and sports massage therapist. Anthony’s classes are motivating, challenging and rewarding. He pumps lots of pop music and some remixes to classes to keep your legs moving and head bopping through out. Get prepared for the beat dropping for some sprints and then climbing high to an old rock classic.


Quick Tip: Anthony’s number 1 piece of advice to riders in his class is to not rush in and burn yourself out after the first songs. It can be exciting when the music is pumping to get carried away. At the half way point, assess your exertion level and decide if you would like to up the intensity!
