Janet has been an instructor since 2011. She discovered spin in 2008 while living in Toronto, looking for some serious cardio without having to spend hours in -35 degrees. She fell in love with spin right from her first class; loving that although it is your own ride, there is always a great sense of teamwork from everyone around you.
Janet’s classes are focused, structured and balanced. She enjoys featuring music in her classes that makes her feel something; especially music that keeps her motivated and moving.
Quick tip: Janet believes peddle-stroke and form is more important than speed and heavy resistance. It is about finding that sweet balance where you work hard without over exerting or injuring yourself.
