Monique has been a part of the fitness world for many years and has taught classes throughout Vancouver.


Monique's classes are tough, energized and fast-paced. Her music style varies from top 40 to hip hop but her classes will include a wide variety of music, often with  specific themes. Be sure to check out her throwback Thursday classes for some oldie hits.


Quick tip: When challenged by a steep climb or drill, She encourages clients to help by using a controlled "sway" with your body to assist in a climb and to push yourself to the next level!
