Intro to Spin
Intro to Spin is designed for clients that are brand new to indoor cycling or who have been away from it for a while. In the Intro class, you learn about the proper fundamentals of riding and the terminology used in any Pulse class. It's a perfect way to get comfortable on the bikes and to transition into any one of our scheduled classes. WARNING - Be prepared to get addicted to spin!
Biker/Barre
All abilities welcome!
This Pulse Class is a combo class - 30 minutes of cycling and 20 minutes of Barre work using light weight or body weight. This class is taught to blast out your cardio and then build strength, tone and endurance. A great addition to your workout routine!
Pulse 45
Pulse 45 class is 40 minutes of cycling, finishing with a 5 minute stretch out. Pulse 45 is taught to maximize your workout in a short amount of time. Look forward to feeling GREAT in less than an hour!
Mom & Baby
Spin/Strength
This Baby Friendly class allows mom to get a great indoor cycle fit workout AND attend to baby’s needs at any time. Your instructor will take you on a journey of endurance riding combined with intervals of muscular endurance work. Benefit from increased energy, improved posture, and a stronger core. This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with other new moms in your community. Pre-mobile babies only please.
