This format is our classic and original workout. Pulse 45 class is 40 minutes of cycling, finishing with a 5 minute stretch out.
Pulse 45 is taught to maximize your workout in a short amount of time.
Look forward to feeling GREAT in less than an hour!
Ride and Flex 45
45 minute class incorporating time on the bike, plus some low weight arm work to focus on upper body strengthening and toning.
All skill levels are welcome.
Intro to Spin
Intro to Spin is designed for clients that are brand new to indoor cycling or who have been away from it for a while.
In the Intro class, you learn about the proper fundamentals of riding and the terminology used in any Pulse class. It's a perfect way to get comfortable on the bikes and to transition into any one of our scheduled classes.
Look for this class on our schedule on a monthly basis.
